What information do we collect and store?
We only collect personal data from our customers that is relevant and necessary to provide the service. We do not collect or process personal data that is classified as special or sensitive.

Will my data be transferred internationally?
The data collected by the controller is not transferred outside the EU and the European Economic Area in principle, and our own servers are located in the EU. However, some third parties may operate outside the EU or the European Economic Area (EEA), for example to serve international customers, to process payments and to deliver. Data based on analytics is processed in third countries to enable marketing. Comprehensive agreements have been made with third parties regarding data processing and they must comply with the provisions on international data transfer. How long will my data be stored? We store data for the purposes specified in this statement. We will delete the personal data of a customer account that we have determined to be inactive no later than five years after the end of activity. Some data may be stored for longer if required to do so by law.
Can I delete my data?
If your data is no longer needed to fulfill the purposes stated in this statement, such as for example to ship an order, you can delete your data. In this case, the data will be anonymized, i.e. all personal data will be removed by pseudonymizing it from the account and purchase history. In this way, the customer cannot be identified from the anonymized account and the account in question cannot be restored as such. The customer can perform this anonymization via their own customer account page. Due to the backup of Arcticstronghold.com databases, complete deletion of personal data requires a complete backup cycle. In some cases, legislation or unpaid debts may oblige the data controller to retain some of the customer data despite the anonymization request.
Do I have other rights?
Indeed! You have the right to know whether your personal data is being processed and to receive a copy of your data in an easily transferable format. You can view the information yourself via your customer account. You have the right to ask us to correct and complete incomplete or incorrect information. You can also manage your own information yourself on the customer account page. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the management and processing of your data. However, withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place before the withdrawal of consent. You have the right to request a restriction of the processing of your data under the conditions specified by law.
