Delivery Terms
Apply to Hatka Oy's 2692726-9 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) arcticstronghold.com online store and deliveries. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to change the terms without separate notice. The terms and conditions in force at any time are visible.
Ordering
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store's checkout function. When placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering. The order confirmation will indicate the ordered products and the price.
Payment
Payment is made via the globally known and trusted PayPal. The transaction is concluded between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.
Delivery
Orders are shipped on weekdays, usually on the same day. The shipping time for manufactured products depends on the current work queue. We usually manufacture the products within a week. When the delivery is sent from us, you will receive information and a tracking code in your email. We will be in touch separately if the manufacturing schedule changes for production reasons. Delivery costs are determined by the selected delivery method, the size and weight of the order, and the delivery address. You can see the delivery costs in the online store's checkout function before the order is finally accepted. If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must notify the online store immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be notified immediately to the company responsible for the delivery. Returns The consumer customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the EU Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the products in the order. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. The return is at the expense of the returnee, so that the returned product is delivered to the door by the seller.
Order cancellation, liability for defects and complaints
Before the order progresses, the order can be canceled by written notification by email. Please note that failure to pick up goods purchased through distance selling is not a valid cancellation or return of the product under the Consumer Protection Act, but is a breach of contract by the buyer (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 5, Section 25). In such a case, the contract will expire and the payments will be returned. We will charge a fee of EUR 50.00 for costs related to deliveries (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 5, Section 28). These will be deducted from the money returned to the customer. The online store has statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In cases of complaints, we ask you to contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
